I understand that all photos taken by Amy Smith are copyright of Amy Smith Photography under the Federal Copyright Act. The Federal Copyright Act protects all professional photographers by allowing exclusive rights to the images created by the photographer. I understand that it is illegal to scan, copy, print, publish to the internet or reproduce Amy’s work in any manner or medium without written permission. Known violators of the Copyright Act are subject to fines of up to $150,000 per image. Amy Smith also reserves the right to refuse services to those who violate copyright policies. Clients who purchase the digital collection or individual images will receive a written release for printing and sharing their images.
