The session fee includes a custom photo shoot at your home or on-location, and detailed artistic editing of your images.  Your portraits will be presented in an online slideshow gallery for your viewing and selection.  Prints and digital files are sold separately and may be purchased a la carte or in one of our collections.

CUSTOM PRINTS

All images are printed on archival quality lustre paper*.  All prints 16x20 and larger are mounted for print longevity.  Additional print sizes and mounting options are available upon request.  *upgrade to fine art deep matte paper available*

TABLETOP PRINTS

5X7 and smaller - $75 ($55 with the purchase of a collection or album)

8x10 - $95 ($75 with the purchase of a collection or album)

COLLECTIONS

The final product of your photo session the creation of beautiful portraits to display in your home and to enjoy for years to come.  With lifestyle photography, groupings or series of photos is a wonderful way to tell your story.  The following collections are structured to give you a good starting point for creating portrait displays in your home or office.

These collections offer great flexibility while maintaining an incredible value.  Prints are defined as a range of sizes versus one set size, allowing you to customize to fit your individual needs.  Size ranges within each category can be found under the 'custom prints' (a la carte) header.

DIGITAL FILES

We know that you're going to love your images, and if you decide that you can't part with any of them, we have some options for you.  The digital collection includes all of the images from your gallery in high resolution jpg format and is a great way to archive, share, and print your images as you wish.  Each collection includes a written print release as well as digital negative information and printing suggestions.  The digital collection also includes our beautiful image box with your favorite image printed on the cover.  Inside is a set of 5x7 prints of the images from your gallery so you can easily reference as needed, and a thumb drive with your digital images.  

FINE ART CANVAS

Canvas portraits are the perfect heirloom pieces.  Each canvas is professionally printed and stretched over a wood frame.  The canvas wraps around the frame, creating a unique piece of art.  No additional framing is necessary, canvas comes ready to hang.  Canvas are available in standard and custom sizes.  Pricing for additional sizes is available upon request.

THE DETAILS

~ Your images will be displayed in an online gallery approximately 14 days after your session.  Your gallery will be active for 5 days.  Should your gallery time need to be extended, there is a $25 fee.

~ Orders will be placed once your payment is received in full.  Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for print/album delivery.  Canvas prints may take up to 4 weeks.

~ A $10 shipping fee is applied to all orders under $1500. A $15 shipping fee is applied to all orders over that amount.

~ Your purchased images will remain on file for one year should you find that you need enlargements at a later date.  Images that are not purchased will be stored for 14 days.

~ Prices are subject to change.  However, if there is a price increase from the time that you book your session thru to one month after your session, Amy will honor the prices that were current at the time of your booking.  Orders placed one month after your session (4 weeks after your gallery presentation date) will be priced at the new set prices.

 ~ All images are copyrighted by the photographer, Amy Smith.  The Federal Copyright Act protects all professional photographers by allowing exclusive rights to the images created by the photographer.  It is illegal (and not nice) to scan, copy, print, publish to the internet or reproduce Amy’s work in any manner or medium without written permission.  Known violators of the Copyright Act are subject to fines of up to $150,000 per image.  We also reserve the right to refuse services to those who violate copyright policies.  If you purchase the digital collection or individual digital images, you will receive a written release for printing and sharing your images.
