FULL SESSIONS - $2950

Includes the full digital file set (each image shown in your gallery), plus image box with 5x7 print set, thumb drive, and a $1000 print credit that can be used towards custom prints, canvas or signature albums. For holiday cards, we can upload your images to Minted.com so you may design and order on your own, or see below for the custom card options (please note that the print credit may not be used towards holiday cards or the custom design process). Full sessions typically last 1-1.5 hours, have a gallery of 50-60 images, and are done anywhere within a one hour radius of the Lake Mary area.

MINI SESSIONS - $1650

Includes the mini digital file set (each image shown in your gallery), plus image box with 5x7 print set, thumb drive and a $500 print credit that can be used towards custom prints, canvas or signature albums. For holiday cards, we can upload your image images to Minted.com so you may design and order on your own, or see below for the custom card options (please note that the print credit may not be used towards holiday cards or the custom design process). Mini sessions last 20 minutes, have a gallery of 15-20 images, and are done anywhere within a 30 minute radius of the Lake Mary area.

CUSTOM PRINTS

All images are printed on archival quality lustre paper*.  All prints 16x20 and larger are mounted for print longevity.  Additional print sizes and mounting options are available upon request.  *upgrade to fine art deep matte paper available*

FINE ART CANVAS

Canvas portraits are the perfect heirloom pieces.  Each canvas is professionally printed and stretched over a wood frame.  The canvas wraps around the frame, creating a unique piece of art.  No additional framing is necessary, canvas comes ready to hang.  Canvas are available in standard and custom sizes.  Pricing for additional sizes is available upon request.

HOLIDAY CARDS

We will happily upload your finished images to Minted.com (or any site of your choosing) so that you can design and order your own holiday cards. If you’d like a custom card, please let us know. There is a $100 design fee and prices start at $85 per set of 25 cards. Card purchases and the design fee will be separate from the print credit.

THE DETAILS

~ Clients will receive their galleries within 2-3 weeks of their session date. Galleries will be delivered with watermarked images. If at the time that you receive your gallery, you are not fully satisfied with your images, please notify Amy via email so she can process a full refund and delete your images. If no notification is received within 48 hours, your images will be delivered via dropbox while we wait for your image box, print set and thumb drive to ship. Once you have received your digital images, no refunds will be offered.

~ For mini sessions, $500 will be due at the time of your session. For full sessions, $1000 will be due at the time of your session. This can be paid either in cash, check, ApplePay or Venmo (@amy-smith-211). We’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance when your gallery is ready.

~ Sales tax is not included and will be added to your invoice.

~ When scheduling, please know that Amy will do her best to keep the appointed time that was selected. Unfortunately things do come up and occasionally you may be asked to reschedule. If you need a specific date and time and are unable to move that date/time/location if need be, we do suggest hiring someone else.

~Your print credit may be used towards custom prints of any size, canvas or signature albums. The print credit may not be used towards holiday cards or the card design fee, those will be a separate purchase.

~ Orders will be placed once your payment is received in full.  Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for print/album delivery.  Canvas prints may take up to 4 weeks.

~ Most orders will be drop-shipped directly from the labs whenever possible to save on shipping waste and time delays. A $20 shipping fee is applied to all orders to cover the cost of drop-shipping and any orders we ship from our office.
